Aerial Drone Services – Roof Surveys/Inspections

We now offer aerial drone services which enables us to inspect and report on otherwise out of sight aspects including flat roofs, chimneys, large buildings and commercial buildings. Our high-quality images are used for your information or to contribute to one of our reports. We are registered with the UK CAA and hold an indemnity policy for up to £1,000,000.

Expert Witness

We are regularly called upon to offer expert, independent advice on valuation or other disputes in the Courts.

Our Fees

Our competitive fee structure is clearly explained to clients before proceeding with a project. Fees are based on a quantum meruit hourly rate formula or a scale or percentage as appropriate. Normally all disbursements including travel expenses are included (excluding VAT and specific advertising/marketing material).

The fee is an important factor in your choice of report and this is where our initial advice is essential, depending upon the age and type of property under consideration. Our concise, fully illustrated reports start from £400.00 + VAT
